Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG in Nottingham is seeking a Test Manager to join the TVM team. You will oversee test planning and execution for the Windows 10 Evergreen service, ensuring releases do not impact customer environments.

You will lead test portfolio management, cost estimation, governance, and collaboration with BAU teams and customers, driving automation and best practices to improve quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of good Test artefact creation (test strategies, test planning, test reporting).
• Good team planning and communication skills.
• Ability to present ideas and communicate across technical teams, customers and management.
• Use of Test Management tools such as HP QLM, Jira, SpiraTeams or equivalents.
• Knowledge or experience using system tools during testing (Workspace One, SCCM, Azure).
• ISTQB or equivalent testing experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Test Portfolio management and planning - 40%: Manage the overall Test Portfolio within the group.
• Provide resource and cost estimates for project request submissions.
• Ensure the Test Portfolio adheres to SLAs/KPIs and that resources follow processes.
• Track BAU/TRS cost management and profitability of the portfolio.
• Review programme artefacts relating to Test Management across the portfolio.
• Provide a point of escalation for projects and programmes under management.
• Participate in monthly Test Governance meetings for alignment with best practices.
• Provide cost models for Managed Service bids as part of Pre-Sales efforts.
• Support sales with technical implementation knowledge and experience.
• Create and maintain related process/procedure/control documentation.
