Job summary

CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is seeking a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead with active SC clearance. Hybrid role in the UK (2-3 days on-site) to support critical government digital services. You will coach teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove blockers, partnering with Product Managers and stakeholders to drive delivery.

The position is a 6-month contract with a daily rate up to £470, Inside IR35, and requires strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery lead required.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: planning, standups, retros and reviews.
• Impediment management and delivery roadmaps with strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coach Agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies while removing blockers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to drive delivery and continuous improvement.
