Job summary

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd is seeking a HR Payroller Consultant for a 6‑month contract with extensions, based in Worthing/Hove, with remote options. Rate: £575‑£675 per day via umbrella. Maximum 2 days per week on-site.

Join a large SAP HCM and Payroll practice to deliver live service, configure SAP HCM, and produce documentation artefacts. Work with onshore and offshore teams, provide estimates, and liaise with client teams to meet obligations.

Qualifications

Seasoned SAP consultant with hands-on SAP HCM experience.
Experience delivering live service in SAP HCM and Payroll.
Public Sector experience is a plus.
Security clearance may be required prior to appointment (can take ~10 weeks).

Responsibilities

Operate as part of the existing HCM and Payroll Team within a large SAP practice on the account.
Work in a multi-supplier environment to deliver projects and resolve Live Service issues.
Investigate, design and configure SAP HCM according to industry best practices.
Prepare quality documentation artefacts such as Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs, etc.
Work within an experienced team, both onshore and offshore, reporting to a Team Lead.
Be able to impact your work and provide estimates for its delivery.
Support and liaise closely with client teams to resolve issues and meet contractual obligations.
Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
