Job summary

Investigo is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant for a primarily remote role with rare travel to Derby. The contract offers a £565 per day rate inside IR35.

You will bring deep expertise in UK and Canada payroll, successful integration of SAP Payroll with external systems, and hands-on work with SAP HCM modules and SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will work independently, deliver customer-focused solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across delivery and live support

Qualifications

• Strong SAP HCM Payroll consultant experience across project delivery and live support environments.
• Proven expertise in UK and Canadian Payroll, including payroll legislation, statutory compliance, tax regulations, deductions, reporting, and year-end processing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA HCM, Time Management, and PA.
• Strong SAP Payroll configuration and support background, including Payroll PCR and Schema development.
• Experience integrating SAP Payroll with third-party vendors and external systems.
• Broader SAP knowledge across Workflow, ABAP, BASIS, Security, and Integration is highly desirable.
