Job summary

Opencast, a growing technology consultancy, hires a Business Analyst (Consultant) to work with government, healthcare and private sector clients. You’ll translate client needs into actionable requirements, collaborate with product managers, developers and researchers, and ensure quality, security and policy compliance across engagements.

This role requires weekly on-site work to client sites in Newcastle, Leeds or Manchester, with eligibility for UK SC clearance and a preference for GOV.UK

Qualifications

• Experience with government/public sector projects and GOV.UK standards.
• Ability to elicit, analyse, validate and prioritise business and user requirements.
• Define epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain traceability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams to translate client needs into clear requirements.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Support testing by defining scenarios and acceptance criteria.
