Job summary

Searchability NS&D is hiring two experienced Business Analysts to support the delivery of digital services within a Government environment. You’ll translate user and business needs into clear requirements and actionable Agile delivery.

Based in Newcastle with two days onsite per month and SC clearance, you’ll run workshops, create epics and user stories, and help manage the service backlog across Product and UCD teams.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting requirements workshops in government projects.
• Strong ability to translate user needs into actionable requirements.
• Familiarity with Government Service Standards and WCAG 2.2 AA.

Responsibilities

• Run requirements and stakeholder workshops.
• Create Epics, user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritise the service backlog with Product.
• Support Agile ceremonies, Sprint Reviews and Show & Tell.
• Work with UCD and User Research to capture user needs.
• Ensure requirements align with Government Service Standards and WCAG 2.2 AA.
• Identify business, policy and delivery risks and constraints.
