Job summary

VolkerStevin in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Project Integration Manager to support the delivery of a major defence infrastructure programme. You will lead cross-disciplinary integration across delivery, engineering, commercial, planning, H&S and stakeholder teams to ensure readiness for mobilisation.

Reporting into the project leadership, you will manage governance, risk, assurance and delivery interfaces while driving continuous improvement and capturing lessons learned for future

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering major infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of risk management and project assurance.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and construction health & safety.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex interfaces.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and delivery teams alike.
• Experience developing or supporting bids, tenders and pre-construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of project assurance, readiness, governance, risk management and delivery integration.
• Challenge, support and influence teams to mobilise successfully.
• Capture lessons learned and improve project performance.
• Produce reports for senior leadership and governance boards.
• Escalate significant issues with clear recommendations and mitigation plans.
