Job summary

VE3 is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (SC Cleared) to own the day‑to‑day delivery of our Oracle Cloud shared services. You will oversee live operations, change discipline, and the stakeholder relationship with our Oracle Fusion consultants in a UK remote/hybrid setup.

This role demands 5+ years in service delivery for enterprise systems, strong ITIL, SLA management, and the ability to lead incidents, changes and quarterly release cycles end‑to‑end.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running service delivery for a live, business-critical enterprise system.
• Strong ITIL-based incident, problem and change management skills.
• Experience managing SLAs, reporting and stakeholder relationships at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery performance against SLAs and KPIs across incidents, requests and changes.
• Chair or oversee incident, problem and change management processes including major incidents.
• Plan and manage rota-based support and on-call arrangements for serious incidents.
• Prioritise and sequence work with functional consultants: quick fixes, configuration changes, larger packages.
• Own relationships with product owners and business leads; ensure clear impact assessments.
• Manage quarterly Oracle release cycle end to end across HCM, ERP financials and EPM.
• Track capacity, workload and risk; flag resourcing or skills gaps early.
• Own service governance, reviews, reports and continuous improvement plans.
