Job summary

VE Ltd in Maidenhead, United Kingdom, is seeking an Oracle Service Delivery Manager (SC Cleared) to own day-to-day live operations of a large Oracle Cloud service.

You will manage incidents, changes and governance, working with Oracle Fusion consultants across HCM, ERP, and EPM to prioritise work and coordinate releases. This role demands strong ITIL discipline, senior stakeholder engagement, and robust incident response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running service delivery for a live enterprise system (Oracle Fusion or similar).
• Strong ITIL-based incident, problem and change management background.
• Experience managing SLAs, reporting and stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
• Ability to prioritise work with functional consultants and challenge assessments constructively.
• Experience planning shift-based support and on-call arrangements.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to translate technical detail for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery performance against SLAs and KPIs across incidents, requests and change.
• Chair or oversee incident, problem and change processes including major incidents.
• Plan and manage rota-based support and out-of-hours arrangements.
• Prioritise and sequence incoming work with functional consultants.
• Maintain escalation points with product owners and business leads.
• Manage quarterly Oracle release cycles end-to-end across HCM, ERP, and EPM.
• Track capacity, workload and risk; flag resourcing or skills gaps early.
• Own service governance, reporting packs and continuous improvement plans.
