Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Support Consultant to join our Managed Services team. You’ll own, configure, and support live Oracle Cloud Payroll environments for premier UK clients, advising on best practice and payroll compliance.

The role requires Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll expertise, strong UK payroll legislation knowledge, excellent documentation and communication skills, and SC clearance or eligibility (UK residency 3+ years).

Qualifications

  • Oracle HCM Cloud expertise, with a strong focus on Payroll.
  • Solid understanding of UK payroll and absence legislation.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional design solutions.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to document solutions clearly.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • SC clearance eligibility – minimum 3 years’ UK residency required.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Absence, Time & Labour, or Compensation modules.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS/Payroll.
  • ITIL process knowledge.
  • Broader HR process understanding.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications, especially in Payroll.
