Job summary

CGI is seeking a Linux Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy and maintain secure, high-performance Linux-based infrastructure across mission-critical systems in the Space, Defence and Intelligence sector. You will own automation, containerised platforms and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring availability, scalability and security in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Linux infrastructure within enterprise or secure environments.
• Strong automation, scalability and reliability focus.
• Experience with containerisation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Ansible).
• Experience with Kubernetes orchestration and container platforms.
• Knowledge of storage solutions and backup/recovery processes.
• Experience with Red Hat or Rocky Linux distributions.
