CGI Group Inc. is seeking experienced infrastructure engineers to join our cross-functional team in the UK.

The role involves designing, implementing, and managing complex network architectures, including LAN, WAN and cloud-based systems, while ensuring high availability and security on a site-based setup. You will configure and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs, manage storage solutions such as SAN/NAS, and oversee Windows Server environments with Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.

Competenze

Proven experience in one or more areas of infrastructure management: network, storage, or Windows Server.

Mansioni

Design, implement, and manage complex network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and cloud-based systems.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network resources to ensure high availability and security.
Configure and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs in compliance with security policies.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and backup systems.
Ensure data integrity, availability, and security through regular backups, disaster recovery planning, and storage optimization.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core services.
Perform regular patch management, software updates, and system upgrades to maintain security and performance standards.
