Job summary

CGI Group Inc. is seeking Infrastructure Engineers for the Space, Defence, and Intelligence unit in the UK. The role involves designing and managing complex networks, storage, and Windows Server environments, with emphasis on security, reliability, and disaster recovery.

UK Security Clearance is required, or willingness to obtain it. The team collaborates with clients to deliver impactful solutions, fostering growth, learning, and ownership.

Qualifications

• Design, implement, and manage complex network architectures (LAN/WAN/cloud).
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, optimize resources for high availability and security.
• Configure/maintain firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs per security policies.
• Oversee storage solutions (SAN/NAS) and backups; disaster recovery planning.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
• Perform regular patch management and system upgrades to maintain security and performance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls per security policies.
• Proven experience in one or more areas of infrastructure management: network, storage, or Windows Server.
