The role is based in Telford with hybrid working and requires SC security clearance.

You will create, edit and structure content across policy areas, collaborate with researchers, designers and product teams, and apply evidence-based methods to ensure accessible content

Responsibilities

• Create and edit clear, accessible online content from complex policy and technical information
• Put user needs at the heart of content decisions using research, analytics and usability testing
• Collaborate with User Researchers, Interaction Designers, Product Managers and delivery teams
• Engage with policy teams and experts to ensure content accuracy and consistency
• Contribute to content management and content architecture
• Use evidence and insight to inform design decisions
• Work iteratively in an Agile environment, continually testing content
