Yum! Europe seeks a senior procurement professional to own category strategy for sauces, desserts and related ingredients. You will lead strategic sourcing, negotiate with key suppliers and shape a resilient supplier ecosystem across brands and markets.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement, strong commercial acumen and experience building category strategies. Hybrid work from Woking with international travel and cross-functional collaboration is expected.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years in procurement or related field.
• Experience building category strategies and long-term supplier agreements.
• Strong analytical capability translating market dynamics into commercial outcomes.

• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations and long-term supplier agreements.
• Develop and own 3–5 year category strategy aligning brand and supply.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Innovation, FSQA, Operations, Finance, Logistics, markets and franchisees to deliver category value.
