1st Executive Ltd is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to join a global FMCG business. The role is hybrid and covers crafting category strategies for Packaging and Ingredients, leading sourcing and supplier negotiations across UK sites and potentially Europe.

You will manage tenders, drive supplier adoption, handle contracts, monitor supplier performance, mitigate risks and coach junior buyers while collaborating with site teams and the Head of Procurement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing for complex spend categories.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capability.
• Experience working in multi-site or matrix organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and execute category strategies for Packaging and Ingredients.
• Lead sourcing processes, tenders and award recommendations.
• Drive supplier adoption, catalogue buying and contract compliance.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance improvement plans.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks and implement contingency plans.
• Coach buyers and site teams across the business.
