Julian Wadden is seeking a Saturday Sales Negotiator for a part-time, Saturdays-only role based in Heaton Moor. You will register clients, arrange viewings and mortgage appointments while driving new business across sales, lettings and financial services.

The role focuses on handling offers, negotiating sales and progressing to completion, with additional lettings support as needed. A full driving licence and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role with high volume sales progression.
• Excellent customer service and natural selling ability.
• Strong local area knowledge is preferred.
• Full clean driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients; register on our property software, arrange viewings, valuations and mortgage appointments.
• Generate new business and cross-service opportunities across sales, lettings and financial services.
• Oversee the sales process, take offers, negotiate sales and progress to completion.
• Support the branch on lettings when required.
