Isabel Hospice is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Shop Manager to support our busy charity shop in Hatfield, primarily on Saturdays. You will work with the Shop Manager and volunteers to drive store income, maintain high customer service, and create appealing displays while supporting community events.

The role involves training volunteers, promoting gift aid, and upholding our charity values. This is a part-time Saturday position with a friendly team and a commitment to exceptional standards.

Are you creative, driven, and passionate about retail with a flair for customer service? We're looking for an enthusiastic AssistantShop Manager to support the running of our busy charity shop in Hatfieldon Saturdays.

In this role, you’ll work alongside the Shop Manager and a dedicated team of volunteers to help run a vibrant and successful store. Each of our shops has its own unique character, and you'll play a key part in upholding our strong reputation within the local community.

Your work won't just help divert waste from landfill — it will directly support Isabel Hospice in providing expert care to those who need it most.
