Job summary

Total Plumbing in Cardigan is seeking a Saturday Assistant to deliver friendly, face-to-face and telephone customer service, assist customers with sales and product advice, and keep the store busy and welcoming.

You will process transactions, replenish shelves, pick and prepare orders for collection or delivery, and maintain health and safety plus housekeeping standards. The role is permanent, part-time, with Saturdays 8:00am–12:00pm and pays £10.85–£12.71 per hour, with benefits.

Qualifications

• Friendly and customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Retail, builders’ merchants, or trade counter experience is an advantage—but not essential.

Saturday Assistant

What You’ll Do

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in retail, builders’ merchants, or a trade counter environment is an advantage—but not essential.
