Job summary

Total Plumbing in Carmarthen is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our busy team. This hands-on role focuses on delivering excellent service to customers in person and by phone while helping keep the branch running smoothly.

You'll handle order picking, loading, stock replenishment, and processing transactions, supporting deliveries and leads while ensuring a safe, tidy yard and warehouse. Forklift training is provided. Great communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in retail, trade, or warehouse roles is a plus (but not essential).
• Forklift licence desirable — training is available.

Responsibilities

Hours of work: An average of 43.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm, plus every other Saturday morning from 8.00am until 12.00pm.

Salary: Dependant on experience
