Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space Limited is seeking a Test Manager to lead end-to-end SATCOM testing for government and MOD projects. The role requires expertise in IV&V, test planning, and coordinating acceptance testing at customer sites.

The candidate will drive test process improvements, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery on time and within budget, with hybrid working options and security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience testing one of the following: SATCOM, Ground Segments, Ground stations, Modems or User terminals.
• Strong focus on improving the test process, defect detection and overall quality.
• Willingness to grow with personalised development solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SATCOM testing on Government/MOD/Milsat projects.
• Develop test, verification and V&V strategies and plans.
• Coach engineers and testers on rigorous testing practices.
• Coordinate acceptance testing at customer sites and ensure TCQ objectives.
