Job summary

Horizon SARC in Suffolk is seeking a female Clinical SARC Manager to lead a trauma-informed service delivering clinical, forensic and safeguarding standards. You will balance three management days with two clinical days weekly, guiding a team through a 40-hour week with after-hours cover when required.

The role includes leading service governance, supporting forensic practice, and ensuring staff training and safeguarding compliance. Salary progression exists after probation.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with minimum three years post-qualification.
• Leadership or management experience within a clinical setting.
• Confident working with vulnerable adults and children.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of Horizon SARC to ensure a safe, effective service.
• Lead governance, quality, audits and continuous improvement.
• Provide clinical oversight and manage referrals and follow-ups.
• Lead recruitment, induction, supervision and performance of SARC staff.
