Job summary

Mountain Healthcare seeks an experienced SARC Manager for The Topaz Centre SARC in Nottingham. You will coordinate activities to ensure smooth operation and lead a trauma-informed, multi-agency service with a strong clinical focus.

The role requires NMC registration, 3+ years post-qualification experience, and the ability to manage 24/7 shifts while maintaining high standards of care and governance. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse, midwife, or registered paramedic with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in multi-agency safeguarding and trauma-informed care.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work outside core hours for 24-hour rota.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Female applicants only per Sex Discrimination Act 7(2)B/E.
• Must live within 60 minutes travel to the appointed SARC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities for the smooth running of the SARC.
• Lead the multi-agency centre and develop a strategic vision within budget constraints.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure safety, effectiveness and good leadership.
• Act as CQC Registered Manager after application submission.
• Maintain high standards of forensic practice and confidentiality.
