Job summary

Boughey Logistics in Nantwich is seeking an experienced administrator to join a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be the main point of contact for customers using SAP for production and help manage inquiries.

The role offers 4 on 4 off shifts, a pension, and a range of benefits including training opportunities and staff discounts. A background in food-based production or warehousing and SAP experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working within a food-based production OR warehousing environment would be advantageous.
• Experience working with SAP production would be advantageous.
• Customer focused with excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills allowing you to provide first class customer service.
• Organised, able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers using SAP for production and manage enquiries and troubleshoot issues, maintaining communication with customers to provide updates.
• Monitor and maintain SAP systems and inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the production team to ensure all orders are fulfilled to customer requirements and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve production and delivery challenges.
