Job summary

Boughey Distribution Limited is seeking an experienced administrator to act as the main point of contact for customers using SAP for production. You will manage enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates while coordinating with the production team to fulfil orders and maintain records.

Experience in a food-based production or warehousing environment is advantageous, with strong communication and analytical skills to deliver first-class customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a food-based production or warehousing environment is advantageous.
• Experience using SAP for production and order management is desired.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers using SAP for production, manage enquiries and troubleshoot issues while providing updates.

• Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the production team to ensure all orders are fulfilled to customer requirements & maintain accuratecustomer records

  Are you an experienced administrator committed to providing first class service who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We, Previous experience of working within a food-based production OR warehousing environment would be advantageous
• Experience working with SAP production would be advantageous
