Job summary

Boughey Distribution Limited is seeking an experienced administrator to act as the main point of contact for customers using SAP for production. You will manage enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates while coordinating with the production team to fulfil orders and maintain records.

Experience in a food-based production or warehousing environment is advantageous, with strong communication and analytical skills to deliver first-class customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a food-based production or warehousing environment is advantageous.
• Experience using SAP for production and order management is desired.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers using SAP for production, manage enquiries and troubleshoot issues while providing updates.
• Monitor SAP systems and inventory levels; coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt to delivery; coordinate with production to meet customer requirements and maintain records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve production and delivery challenges; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
