Job summary

Fruition Group is seeking an ERP Business Applications Specialist to lead linkages between business processes and the SAP Core Model during a major transformation. The role combines business analysis, process mapping and data considerations with hands-on testing and collaboration with SAP specialists and operational teams.

You will run workshops, document current and future processes, identify gaps, and support data migration and cutover activities.

Qualifications

Experience in ERP or SAP business analysis and transformation.
Strong skills in process mapping and requirements gathering.
Experience with data migration and data quality assessment.
Experience in testing, UAT and defect resolution.
Ability to engage stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and procurement.

Responsibilities

Run business process workshops with users and operational teams.
Map and document current and future-state business processes.
Identify gaps between existing processes and the SAP Core Model.
Gather and document business and system requirements.
Analyse data flows, data quality and migration requirements.
Support data cleansing, validation, mapping and migration.
Develop test scenarios and support integration testing and UAT.
Work with SAP specialists and business stakeholders to resolve defects.
Produce process documentation, procedures and training materials.
Support user training, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
Act as the link between local teams, Group process owners and SAP specialists.
Build wider knowledge of the organisation’s business applications and processes.
