Job summary

Fruition Group is seeking an experienced ERP Business Applications Specialist to lead and shape the SAP transformation programme. You will bridge business processes with the future SAP environment, owning analysis, mapping, data and testing, including collaboration with factory teams on site.

The role involves working across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance and logistics, with responsibilities spanning workshops, requirements, data migration and UAT to ensure a successful core

Qualifications

• Experience in an ERP, SAP Business Analyst, Business Applications Specialist or similar role.
• Experience supporting an SAP or ERP implementation, migration or transformation.
• Strong business analysis, process mapping and requirements gathering skills.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, sales or logistics.
• Experience working with business users and technical teams to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Understanding of data flows, data quality and migration.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT and defect resolution.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Manufacturing experience would be highly beneficial.
• Comfortable working on site with operational teams when required.

Responsibilities

• Run business process workshops with users and operational teams.
• Map and document current and future-state business processes.
• Identify gaps between existing processes and the SAP Core Model.
• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Analyse data flows, data quality and migration requirements.
• Support data cleansing, validation, mapping and migration.
• Develop test scenarios and support integration testing and UAT.
• Work with SAP specialists and business stakeholders to resolve defects.
• Produce process documentation, procedures and training materials.
• Support user training, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Act as the link between local teams, Group process owners and SAP specialists.
• Build wider knowledge of the organisation's business applications and processes.
