Job summary

RS Group in London is seeking a senior Plan to Fulfill Workstream Lead to govern the global SAP S/4HANA design and deployment. You will drive standardization, supervise RICEFW governance, and manage cross-country decision making with business stakeholders and system integrators.

The role requires deep P2F process expertise, strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge across MM, SD, EWM, and integration with adjacent applications, while aligning with enterprise architecture standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP SD and Plan to Fulfill experience.
• Proven experience supporting multi-country deployments.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Plan to Fulfill processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of the P2F global solution.
• Drive fit-to-standard and standardization across countries.
• Define global vs local design decisions for multi-country rollout.
• Govern RICEFW intake and design approvals.
• Collaborate with IT and SI partners to ensure alignment.
