Job summary

AgnesCole Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Programme Leader to drive large-scale transformations for manufacturing clients. You will oversee multi-country SAP programmes, shape enterprise strategies, and liaise with senior client stakeholders.

You will lead global delivery teams across functional and advisory streams, ensuring governance, budget control, and delivery excellence while shaping long-term transformation roadmaps and pursuing strategic SAP opportunities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale SAP programmes in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing complex global rollouts across regions and business units.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, production planning and plant processes.
• Proven consultancy background within a global systems integrator or advisory environment.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and client engagement capability.
• Experience managing large programme budgets, governance structures and senior steering committees.
