Job summary

Wipro in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior SAP Transportation Management Consultant to lead global TM transformations on SAP S/4HANA. You will design and deliver end-to-end TM solutions across multi-country deployments and collaborate with business, supply chain and IT leaders.

The role requires deep TM domain expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive Fit-to-Standard workshops, configuration, testing, deployment and hypercare, while guiding offshore and onshore

Qualifications

• 15+ years SAP consulting experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of SAP TM experience.
• 4+ end-to-end SAP TM implementations on SAP S/4HANA.
• Extensive experience in SAP TM functional design and solution architecture.
• Strong exposure to global template design and multi-country rollouts.
• Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Clean Core principles.
• Experience integrating SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP BN4L, SAP GTT and external carrier systems.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and drive future-state transportation process design.
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations covering transportation planning, execution, settlement, visibility, and logistics collaboration.
• Strong stakeholder management with Business, Supply Chain, Logistics and IT leadership teams.
• Experience leading offshore/onshore teams across Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Hypercare phases.

Job description

• 15+ years of SAP consulting experience, preferably with leading IT Services or Consulting organizations.
• Minimum 10+ years of SAP Transportation Management (TM) experience across global implementation programs.
• At least 4+ end-to-end SAP Decentralized TM implementations on SAP S/4HANA.
• Extensive experience in SAP TM functional design, solution architecture, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Strong exposure to Global Template design and multi-country rollouts.
• Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Clean Core principles.
• Experience integrating SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP BN4L, SAP GTT and external carrier Systems.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and drive future-state transportation process design.
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations covering transportation planning, execution, settlement, visibility, and logistics collaboration.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, and IT leadership teams.

Preferred:

• SAP BN4L and SAP GTT implementation experience.
• SAP BTP and Integration Suite knowledge.
• FMCG, CPG, Retail, Manufacturing or Logistics industry experience.
• Experience with transportation control tower initiatives.
• Exposure to global carrier onboarding programs.
• SAP TM Certification.
• Additional certification in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain or SAP BTP is desirable.

Qualifications:

• MBA or Supply Chain Management qualification preferred.
• SAP Certified in SAP Transportation Management (TM).
• Additional SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience leading global SAP TM transformation programs.
