Job summary

Birchman Solutions Limited seeks an experienced SAP Senior Logistics Consultant/Lead to drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA logistics implementations in P2P, OTC and SD. You will guide workshops, lead functional workstreams, and oversee design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for complex supply chain transformations.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on SAP logistics experience in P2P, OTC and SD.
• Full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and integration.
• Ability to lead workshops, solution design and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of SAP logistics solutions within P2P, OTC and SD in S/4HANA.
• Conduct detailed requirement analysis and translate business needs into scalable designs.
• Facilitate client workshops and functional decision-making sessions.
• Oversee configuration, testing and integration across logistics modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams for end-to-end process alignment.
• Drive S/4HANA project activities including fit-to-standard and deployment planning.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing.
• Support cutover, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and advise on best practices.

SAP Senior Logistics Consultant / Lead

Overview

Birchman Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced SAP Senior Logistics Consultant / Lead with strong expertise across P2P, OTC, and SD. This role will be central to delivering high‑quality SAP S/4HANA solutions, guiding clients through complex logistics and supply chain transformations, and leading functional workstreams from design through to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP logistics solutions within P2P, OTC, and SD in an S/4HANA environment
• Conduct detailed requirement analysis and convert business needs into scalable, future‑ready system designs
• Facilitate client workshops, solution walkthroughs, and functional decision‑making sessions
• Oversee configuration, testing, and integration activities across logistics and connected modules
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end process alignment
• Drive key S/4HANA project activities, including fit‑to‑standard analysis, process optimisation, and deployment planning
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, promoting quality, consistency, and knowledge sharing
• Support cutover preparation, data migration, and post‑go‑live stabilisation
• Build strong and trusted relationships with client stakeholders, advising on best practices and solution options

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands‑on experience in SAP logistics with strong capability in P2P, OTC, and SD
• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes and their integration within S/4HANA
• Ability to lead solution design, workshops, and client engagement activities
• Deep knowledge of configuration, testing, and documentation within relevant modules
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring team members or leading functional workstreams

Nice to Have

• Experience with related modules such as MM WM
• Consulting background with exposure to multiple industries
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches
• Understanding of SAP Fiori apps relevant to logistics and supply chain
