Job summary

Consult is seeking an experienced SAP TPM Techno-Functional Consultant to drive TPM/CBP solutions, ABAP enhancements, and seamless SAP integrations in a hybrid setup in the UK. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver end-to-end implementations, and mentor junior colleagues.

The role emphasizes promotion management, trade funds, and interface development using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs and CPI/PI-PO, with a focus on CP/G FMCG industries. 3 days a week in the office in Surrey.

Qualifications

• Must-have SAP TPM/CBP experience and strong CBP functionality.
• Experience with ABAP development and SAP integrations.
• Background in CPG/FMCG industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP TPM/CBP solutions for promotion planning and trade funds management.
• Develop and enhance SAP solutions using ABAP.
• Integrate TPM with SAP SD, FI/CO and Rebate Management.
• Build interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs and SAP CPI/PI-PO.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts and technical documentation.
• Lead UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Troubleshoot defects, optimize performance and provide L2/L3 support.
• Manage stakeholder communication and mentor junior consultants.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP TPM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Customer Business Planning (CBP), ABAP development, and SAP integrations. Experience in the CPG/FMCG industry is highly desirable.
