Job summary

Henderson Scott is seeking an experienced SAP Time Management Consultant for a contract role in Huntingdon with two days onsite weekly and remote work for the rest. The role focuses on supporting an ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation, configuring Time Management and ensuring payroll integration, with emphasis on PCRs and evaluation schema handling.

• Strong hands-on SAP HCM Time Management experience.
• Experience with PCRs and Time Evaluation schemas.
• Experience with ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation and Payroll integration.

Responsibilities

• Configuring work schedules, holiday calendars, attendances and absences.
• Managing leave entitlements and quotas.
• Supporting Time Evaluation and time wage-type generation.
• Configuring overtime and shift-premium processing.
• Writing Time Management PCRs and modifying Time Evaluation schemas.
• Validating payroll-impacting time data during testing and parallel payroll runs.
• Investigating and resolving time-related payroll discrepancies.
• Reviewing existing custom developments and enhancements.
• Helping simplify and standardise current processes.
