Job summary

Henderson Scott is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Time Management Consultant to support an ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation for a major consulting organisation. The role combines on-site work in Huntingdon two days per week with remote work for the rest of the week.

You will analyse the existing SAP ECC Time Management solution, contribute to requirements and design workshops, configure the new solution and ensure accurate integration between Time Management and Payroll, including PCRs, Time

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP HCM Time Management
• Knowledge of ECC-to-S/4HANA transform projects
• Experience with Payroll integration

Responsibilities

• Configure work schedules, holiday calendars, attendances and absences
• Manage leave entitlements and quotas
• Support Time Evaluation and time wage-type generation
• Configure overtime and shift-premium processing
• Write Time Management PCRs and modify Time Evaluation schemas
• Validate payroll-impacting time data during testing
• Investigate and resolve time-related payroll discrepancies
