About The Role

We are seeking an SAP Support Analyst to join our IT team at Harrods. Your primary responsibility will be to support the business with SAP application issues, ensuring high-quality service delivery within SLAs.

Responsibilities

1. Support the team lead in delivering SAP services and resolving application, integration, and third-party issues.
2. Maintain up-to-date end-user process documentation.
3. Support and triage Service Requests, coordinating with the SAP Applications team or other IT resources for resolution.
4. Participate in business readiness activities for system and operational changes.
5. Conduct root cause analysis on tickets and promote solutions to reduce support requests.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering SAP services across modules such as SD, MM, WM, EWN, CAR, and FICO, with strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues.
