Job description

SAP Support Analyst

We are looking for an SAP Support Analyst to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for providing support services to the Harrods business for SAP application users.

About The Role

In this role, you will support the team lead in delivering high-quality service and resolving SAP application, integration, and third-party application issues raised by business users. You will ensure services are delivered within or better than the agreed SLAs.

You will also:

• Ensure end-user process documentation is kept up to date.
• Support and triage Service Requests, assigning them to the SAP Applications team or other IT resources for resolution, maintaining high IT service standards.
• Participate in business readiness activities for system and operational changes to support the team lead.
• Provide root cause analysis on tickets and actively promote solutions to reduce support tickets.

About You

The successful candidate will have experience delivering SAP services to users, with knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, MM, WM, EWN, CAR, and FICO. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deep dive into SAP modules to identify root causes are essential.

You will also possess:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes effectively.
• A professional attitude, ownership of problems, and the ability to provide workable solutions.
• A strong customer service focus when dealing with internal and external parties.
• The ability to perform duties effectively with minimal supervision.
