Job summary

more-jobs is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Service Lead to steer global service delivery and governance across a multi-module SuccessFactors environment. You will drive incidents, changes, releases and enhancements while aligning projects with strategic objectives.

You will oversee integrations (CPI/Integration Suite, Integration Centre, OData) and lead global stakeholders, driving platform stability and continuous service improvements. Oxford-based, two onsite days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP SuccessFactors services or programmes.
• Knowledge across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent, Compensation and Time.
• Strong SAP SuccessFactors integration experience.
• Experience with RBP, Business Rules, MDF and workflows.
• Proven service management and senior stakeholder-management experience.
• SuccessFactors certification is advantageous.
• Able to work 2 days per week onsite in Oxford.

Location: Oxford - Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
