La Fosse is seeking an SAP Senior Project Manager to lead S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations with international scope. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, governance and collaboration with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.

You will drive complex ERP projects, manage international deployments spanning Germany and the UK, and partner with third-party suppliers to ensure successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering SAP or ERP implementation projects.
• Experience on SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation programmes, ideally in Public Cloud.
• Proven track record managing complex end-to-end ERP projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across Finance, HR and Procurement.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation lifecycles, including testing and go-live.

Responsibilities

SAP Senior Project Manager – S/4HANA Public Cloud

Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Remote / Home-Based – Occasional travel to Solihull (approximately once per month)

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced SAP Senior Project Manager to join a major, international SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale SAP rollout, initially focusing on deployments across Germany and the UK, with multiple further international implementations planned.

You'll take ownership of complex SAP and ERP projects, working closely with senior business stakeholders, technical teams and third‑party delivery partners to ensure successful implementations.

The role offers excellent flexibility, with remote working and minimal travel to the company's Solihull office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, from initial planning through to go-live and handover.
• Play a key role in the international SAP rollout programme, supporting deployments across Germany, the UK and future locations.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement and other business functions.
• Coordinate internal SAP teams, external implementation partners and third-party suppliers.
• Oversee key project activities including requirements gathering, system integration, testing, cutover and deployment.
• Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective governance.
• Support wider ERP transformation and technology initiatives across the business.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote standardised, scalable solutions across future deployments.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience delivering SAP or ERP implementation projects in a Senior Project Manager capacity.
• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation programmes, ideally within a Public Cloud environment.
• Proven track record managing complex, end-to-end ERP projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional business teams, particularly Finance, HR and Procurement.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation lifecycles, including testing, integration, cutover and go-live.
• Experience managing third-party implementation partners and technical suppliers.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership.
• Strong project governance, planning, budgeting and risk management capabilities.
• Experience working within large, complex or international organisations would be advantageous.
