Job summary

Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking a talented Data Analyst with experience in SAP SuccessFactors to join our team in Reading. The role focuses on transitioning to SuccessFactors-based reporting and developing analytics that turn HR data into insights.

You will develop SuccessFactors Story Reports and Power BI dashboards, work with stakeholders on HR data requirements, and ensure data quality across reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Strong HR/People data experience.
• Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting and HR data.
• Experience with SuccessFactors data mapping, validation, migration and testing.
• Experience supporting reporting across legacy HR systems and SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand HR data and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain interactive SuccessFactors Story Reports translating business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX, SQL and effective data visualisation techniques.
• Build, maintain and document data models, measures, calculations, filters, slicers and drill-down functionality.
• Support SuccessFactors data mapping, migration, validation and testing activities.
• Support integration of SuccessFactors data with existing Power BI reporting and legacy HR data to maintain historical trend analysis.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency across reporting solutions.
• Support reporting through SuccessFactors implementation, go-live and post-go-live activities.
