Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a talented Data Analyst with experience in SAP SuccessFactors reporting and HR data to join our team on a hybrid basis in Reading. You will deliver interactive dashboards and story reports, translate business requirements into analytics, and support both ongoing People Analytics reporting and migration to SuccessFactors-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Experience HR/People data.
• SAP SuccessFactors reporting experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors data mapping, migration and testing.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand HR data and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain interactive Success Factors Story Reports translating business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX, SQL and effective data visualisation techniques.
• Build, maintain and document data models, measures, calculations, filters, slicers and drill-down functionality.
• Support SuccessFactors data mapping, migration, validation and testing activities.
• Support integration of SuccessFactors data with existing Power BI reporting and legacy HR data to maintain historical trend analysis.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency across reporting solutions.
• Support reporting through SuccessFactors implementation, go-live and post-go-live activities.
