The Data Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors will support People Analytics, ensuring continuity of legacy reporting while building new capabilities. Responsibilities include gathering HR requirements from stakeholders and developing interactive Story Reports. The role also requires translating complex information into clear insights for decision‑making. Proficiency in SuccessFactors Story Reporting is essential, alongside skills in SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or SQL. This contract offers the chance to shape future analytics processes within a major utility provider, working closely with business users to deliver effective solutions.
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Data Analyst with experience of SAP SuccessFactors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will also have strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Story Reporting and ideally one or more of SAC, Power BI and SQL, with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights for informed business decisions.
The role will support both existing People Analytics reporting and the transition to SuccessFactors‑based reporting, ensuring continuity of historical reporting while developing new analytics capabilities.
Daily Pay rate: £400
