Thames Water is seeking a Data Analyst with SAP SuccessFactors experience to join our team in Reading on a hybrid basis. You will develop SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports and Power BI dashboards, translating HR requirements into effective analytics and ensuring data quality across systems.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to map data, validate migrations, and support reporting through go-live activities, delivering insights for critical HR decisions.
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Data Analyst with experience of SAP Success Factors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will also have strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Story Reporting and ideally one or all of SAC, Power BI and SQL, with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights for informed business decisions.
The role will support both existing People Analytics reporting and the transition to SuccessFactors-based reporting, ensuring continuity of historical reporting while developing new analytics capabilities.
