Job summary

Network IT Recruitment Limited is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Payroll Operations Transition Lead for an 18-month fixed-term programme in Milton Keynes.

You will lead the operational transition from SAP ECC to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), aligning processes, governance and delivery across Payroll, People Services and Finance, while engaging senior stakeholders and third-party partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payroll Operations and People Services.
• Experience with HR technology implementations and transformation delivery.
• Strong governance, compliance and controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational transition activities for a major payroll/HR transformation.
• Represent Payroll Operations during migration from SAP ECC to SuccessFactors ECP.
• Align payroll processes, governance and service delivery with future-state solutions.
• Collaborate with programme teams, Finance, Digital Services and partners.
• Drive business readiness and adoption for payroll functions.
• Provide SME across Payroll Operations, People Services and HR processes.
• Ensure compliance and operational governance throughout migration.
• Manage operational impacts from process and system changes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Payroll, Finance, Digital and People Services.
