Ricoh Europe is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors expert to lead the future-state design and delivery of Employee Central and Compensation across our global HR technology landscape. You will drive end-to-end implementation, optimisation and ongoing evolution to standardise processes and support growth.

Working at the intersection of HR, technology and transformation, you will influence strategy, enable exceptional employee experience and ensure operational excellence across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end implementations and deployments.
• Strong understanding of HR operating models and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and ongoing evolution of SuccessFactors modules across global HRTech landscape.
• Coordinate data migrations, integrations and testing with stakeholders and vendors.
• Own release management, change control and production support activities.
