The role guides integrated design with internal and external experts and ensures a robust, scalable solution.

You’ll lead a matrixed team, collaborate with stakeholders, champion fit‑to‑standard, and align with programme timelines and go‑live plans to deliver business value.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA functional leadership across multiple domains.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and business analysts to define specs.
• Proven ability to lead functional design and manage cross‑stream dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP S/4HANA functional expertise across key business areas (Finance, SD, MM, WM/EWM, HR).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and BAs to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Oversee configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Drive fit‑to‑standard design and minimize unnecessary customization.
• Review key design decisions, specs, and integration scenarios.
• Lead and coordinate a matrixed team of functional consultants.
• Manage dependencies and integration points with third‑party systems.
• Handover ownership of support to AMS partner.
• Align deliverables with programme timeline, testing strategy, and cutover plan.
• Engage business process owners to validate designs and ensure operational needs are met.
