Edenbrook Ltd. is partnering with a market-leading insurer to recruit a Finance Transformation - Business Solutions Lead (S/4HANA). You will shape the future finance architecture and drive the global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, aligning business and technology strategy.

The role requires deep SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise, RTR knowledge, and experience across Controlling and Group Reporting. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage UK-group interfaces to deliver end-to-end

Competenze

Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance architecture within a complex enterprise.
Strong knowledge of RTR processes and finance transformation principles.
Experience across SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling (CCA, IO, PCA, COPA).
Knowledge of Group Reporting and Consolidation processes.

Mansioni

Lead the design authority for the Finance Transformation Programme and future-state architecture.
Develop and deliver the roadmap for migrating to SAP S/4HANA globally.
Bridge UK business stakeholders with Group teams and manage strategic relationships.
Drive solution design across ERP, finance data, reporting, and tech dependencies.
Champion a global-first approach with international entities.
Ensure regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements are embedded in designs.
Define finance architecture principles aligning business, tech, and operating model.
Facilitate collaboration for end-to-end solution delivery and manage dependencies.
