Job summary

Hachette UK Limited is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Manager to lead the SAP Functional Support team across Finance, Order-to-Cash and related business processes. You will collaborate with Finance and Distribution to prioritise work, manage demand and deliver a stable SAP service.

You’ll drive the team’s development, push continuous improvement and help shape the roadmap as we advance our S/4HANA journey, exploring automation and AI opportunities to extract greater value from SAP.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on SAP Finance experience.
• Proven experience leading SAP functional teams in BAU.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance and Order-to-Cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP Functional Support team and own functional services across Finance, Order-to-Cash and related processes.
• Develop and mentor the team, drive continuous improvement and shape the SAP functional roadmap on the S/4HANA journey.
• Identify opportunities to maximise SAP value through automation, AI and expanding SAP capabilities.
