Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation Associate Manager. You will lead finance-led S/4HANA programmes, translate business needs into design, and partner with SAP delivery teams to realise live solutions across R2R, OTC, and P2P. The role emphasizes governance, value-led recommendations and finance controls.

You will engage with senior finance stakeholders, run workshops, and contribute to bids while leveraging AI-enabled delivery approaches in a flexible UK-wide setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA finance transformations in consulting or industry.
• Translate business strategy into S/4HANA-enabled process designs across R2R, OTC, P2P and related finance domains.
• Lead fit-to-standard and design decisions balancing SAP best practice with client needs.
• Bridge between business and technology, coordinating with SAP delivery and integration teams.
• Facilitate workshops with senior finance stakeholders to define future-state processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver across discovery, fit-to-standard, design, testing, deployment and stabilisation phases.
• Own and drive finance programmes, ensuring period-end close, controls and reporting are aligned.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and secure design decisions with CFO relevance.
• Support bids and shape finance transformation propositions and value messaging.
