Job summary

Adecco requires an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Readiness Lead for a 3-month initial contract in Hook, Hampshire. Hybrid work with three days on site. Pay rate £650/day Inside IR35 via umbrella. You will drive user adoption, process readiness and go-live preparations for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation.

Key responsibilities include reviewing training materials, creating process guides, supporting change activities and delivering end-user training sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA programmes.
• Ability to create/process documentation and training materials.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change adoption experience.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review and quality assure SAP S/4HANA training materials.
• Create and refine process guides and user documentation.
• Support business readiness and change activities.
• Deliver end-user training sessions and materials.
• Map new processes and controls; collaborate with Capgemini.
• Identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support go-live preparation and adoption activities.
